Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Equipment Condition & Testing

All medical hardware listed is pre-owned and refurbished unless explicitly noted as new or open-box. Each system is assigned an inspection condition grade (Grade A, B, C, or As-Is) reflecting cosmetic and operational status. All units are tested to OEM operating standards prior to dispatch.

2. Warranty Coverage

Standard pre-owned units include a 30 to 90-day parts and replacement warranty commencing upon verified delivery. Extended 1-year coverage may be added upon formal quotation. Consumables and items labeled "As-Is" are sold without warranty.

3. Shipping, Crating & Customs

We prepare custom shock-absorbing wooden crating for all international air and ocean shipments. The purchaser is responsible for local import duties, tariffs, and medical licensing requirements unless explicitly included in an agreed Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) quote.

4. Payment & Orders

Formal quotations are valid for 14 calendar days from issuance. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of wire transfer (T/T) or confirmed Letter of Credit (L/C).
